5.Levent Konut Projesi

As part of the 5. Levent Residential Project, developed through the investment of Torunlar Real Estate Investment Trust and constructed by İntes İnşaat Taahhüt Yatırım A.Ş., the design and implementation phases of the mechanical installations were successfully executed by Aytes Mühendislik with high engineering standards. The project was built with a concept aimed at offering modern living spaces, and each mechanical installation system was meticulously designed and implemented to meet fundamental requirements such as comfort, efficiency, and safety at the highest level. In this context, critical infrastructure systems, including plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and fire safety, were designed in compliance with the latest technology, national and international standards, and commissioned using high-quality materials. At Aytes Mühendislik, we ensured that each integrated system in the project was implemented with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational safety.
