As Aytes Mühendislik A.Ş., we are delighted to be a part of the Göztepe Trade Center Project carried out by TRC İnşaat. This project consists of a 19-story structure, including a shopping center with 90 next-generation offices spread across 9 floors, 50 stores on 3 floors, and a 7-story parking garage. Göztepe Trade Center stands out with its modern architecture and boutique shop-mix concept, aiming to create a dynamic commercial environment where both local and national brands come together. The Göztepe Trade Center Project is designed to cater to both the business world and shopping experiences. The shopping center aims to offer visitors a unique experience with its modern design and user-friendly spaces, while the office floors are planned to enhance productivity. Additionally, the 7-story parking area ensures that guests can conveniently park their vehicles.
