Aytes Mühendislik, we have undertaken the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems for the prestigious Fuzul Yapı Avrasya 2 and Avrasya 3 Housing Projects, developed by one of the leading companies in the construction sector, Fuzul Yapı. This large-scale residential project spans a total construction area of 134,980 m², consisting of 16 blocks and 706 apartments. A comprehensive mechanical infrastructure has been established in this project, considering all the comfort and safety elements required for modern living. Within the scope of the mechanical works for the project, key factors such as sustainability, energy efficiency, and user comfort are being prioritized.
